* Graham and Lori Jones of Maysville announce the birth of their daughter, Jessica Grace Jones on June 2, 2008, at Craven Regional Medical Center.

The baby weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 21 inches long.

The mother is the former Lori Edwards of New Bern.

Grandparents are Glen and Virginia Edwards of New Bern and C.G. and Ann Jones of Maysville.

Great-grandparents are Fred and Lucille Hinson.

* Taylor and Denise Bridges of Clayton announce the birth of their daughter Caroline Taylor Bridges on July 9, 2008, at Johnston Memorial Hospital.

The baby weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20 inches long.

The mother is the former Denise Stewart of Four Oaks.

Grandparents are Susan Bridges of New Bern, Bob Bridges of New Bern, Reid Stewart of Four Oaks, and Wayne and Cynthia Lee of Kenly.

Great-grandparents are Miriam Lamb of Kenly.
